Issue Template for Jira is now paid app (free up to 10 users)

Issue Template for Jira - Summary & Description Templates was first released on 1st September 2022. Initially, we released the app as free because it was a fun project for our small team to try out Forge, Atlassian’s new managed platform for building apps. After the initial public release, the app received very positive feedback and now has thousands of customers.

As the app got popular, our support channel constantly got overwhelmed. Our aim is to not only release an app, but also support our customers and solve the day-to-day challenges faced by them. Therefore, by changing the app from free to paid, we want to invest in further development as well as on support resources.

Paid customers will get following benefits:

• Stay up to date with new releases including security patches

If you are an existing user, you can continue to use the old version for free. Though, we highly recommend you to upgrade (see above). If you are an early user and especially helped us by giving feedback, we are more than happy to upgrade for free. Let us know 🙂
